INCO, in partnership with our approved installers, offers a comprehensive back-to-back guarantee, ensuring peace of mind for our clients. This guarantee covers both the product itself and the workmanshop provided by the contractor who installs it. 

 

Here are the key policies and details regarding our back-to-back guarantee:

 

1. Any contractor with a certified installation certificate is authorized to install our product. However, client must verify the validity of the certification with us, as it may be revoked due to non-complieance. Inco cannot guarantee installations by uncertified contractors and will not provide a back-to-back guarantee in such cases.

 

2. The back-to-back guarantee aligns with the duration of the installation warranty and maintenance intervals, such as 3, 6 or 9 years, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warrantied system. Please ote that maintenance intervals are seperate services and not covered by the back-to-back guarantee; they are available at an additional cost.

 

3. In situations where a certified contractor has taken payment but failed to deliver or has gone out of business, INCO will step in to install and revoke the contractor's accreditation.

 

4. If an accredited company ceases to operate during the warranty system;

(a) a New accredited installer will be appointed for ongoing maintenance, and pricing related to maintenance will be quoted seperately. 

(b) If issues arise during the warranty period between maintenance intervals, INCO will conduct an on-site inspection or appoint a representative to assess. 

 

5. The back-to-back guarantee applies exclusively to full roof installations within 3, 6 or 9 year installation systems. DIY and Spot Fixing are not covered by this guarantee. Furthermore, the back-to-back guarantee remains valid only as long as the installation system's duration, provided that all accounts with INCO are settled and up to date and all terms and conditions are adhered to throughout the duration. This ensures the continued protection and quality of the installation.
